6-session in-person class series

This series is dedicated to laying the foundations of an Embodied Tantric practice through gently guided consent-based techniques using Breath, Movement & Energy Play to enhance awareness, practice presence, and nurture authentic connection.

Classes are held in the cozy, tree-surrounded setting of Sacred Roots Cabin, conveniently located near midtown Charlotte yet tucked into a peaceful wooded environment.

Facilitated by Embodied Intimacy Guide Hannah Borababy and Temple Somatics Practitioner James Bethune, Heart-to-Heart is a guided journey into embodied connection rooted in trust, presence, and care. Drawing from the essence of Tantra, this series invites you to cultivate deep self-intimacy while gently bridging into relational intimacy.

Rather than a sexuality-focused space, this series is rooted in energy awareness, nervous system attunement, breath and movement, consent-based connection, polarity exploration (beyond gendered norms), clear communication, and playful embodiment.

Each class is held as a ritual space that opens with a philosophical teaching drawing on principles of Classical Tantra, followed by individual embodiment practices, ending with optional partnered explorations. This structure allows connection to unfold slowly and organically without pressure, performance, perfection, or people-pleasing.

At it's core, Heart-to-Heart is about slowing down. Listening deeply. Letting intimacy grow from presence rather than pressure.
